My Story
I am Michelle, a proud Metis woman that became a psychotherapist because I am passionate about helping people become their best selves along their journey through life. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, and families, including those with chronic mental health conditions.
I have been working in the mental health industry for over 17 years in urban as well as remote communities. My journey has afforded me the privilege to gain experience and training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focus Family Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and others
